I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in Washington, DC in 1998. I'm nationally certified by the NCBTMB, state certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing & county certified with Fairfax County. I'm also a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
While in school I was trained in Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques. My past work experience in a chiropractic office for 10+ years allowed for me to work with many clients dealing with Pre and Post Surgery cases, as well as acute & chronic conditions. Additional modalities include Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre-/Post-Natal sessions & Seated Chair Massage. I strive to bring a nurturing and caring approach to every session I give.
