Late Cancellations:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I respectfully ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment time.  If you give less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a $40 late cancellation fee.  This amount will be expected to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

No-Shows:
Life's busy, I get it, but if you forget or choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, that’s considered a “no-show.”  You will be charged in full for your missed appointment.  This amount will be expected to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Illness:
There are times when massage is contraindicated, and could actually make you feel worse. If you are feeling ill, please call as soon as possible before your appointment to discuss whether massage would be appropriate for you. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to protect your health as well as that of the therapist and other clients.

Non-sexual:
All services are strictly non-sexual. Any overt or suggestive statements or actions will result in termination of session with payment in full. If appropriate, law enforcement may be contacted.
