What a great way of relieving stress & tension, even in your workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair, which can be brought to any location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, chair massage is done over the clothing. Therapeutic Massage:
Your session is tailored specifically to your current needs. A combination of massage techniques can be used during a session, including Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. Therapeutic Massage can assist the body in achieving relaxation, alleviating chronic aches and muscle pain and more freedom in your range of motion.
Myofascial Release Massage:
Myofascial work is where there is chronic or acute pain, limited or difficult range of motion, ongoing stress and tension. There is almost always myofascial tissue that needs to be released and relaxed. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle to deep sustained pressure into the Myofascial tissue that causes restrictions. This treatment can eliminate pain and restore more range of motion.
